On A Mission To Create Impact
For 20 years ALIVE Outdoors has designed and delivered character development, outdoor education and wilderness experiences with our partner schools. We are honoured to have supported over 400,000 student program days engaged in meaningful experiences.
We have all felt the unique challenges that 2020 and 2021 have presented. No doubt new obstacles will continue to reveal themselves as we move forward. Despite not being able to come together, we are still able to deliver some of the same important lessons that we have been dedicated to for two decades. More than ever we are seeing the importance of community, leadership, kindness, collaboration, listening, trust and the necessity of having a strong personal foundation to call upon to stay calm and grounded.

CONNECTIVAL SCHOOL PROGRAM
An App-enabled, ALIVE Instructor driven event that engages students in collaborative team-based competition, inquiry, and community celebration.
VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS & ANCHOR SESSIONS
Workshops focused on personal growth, self-awareness and well-being have always been part of our ALIVE programs. We have a series of timely and relevant sessions for a variety of grade levels. We are also keen to work collaboratively with each individual school to meet desired learning outcomes specific to each grade level’s needs.
MARCH BREAK PROGRAM #1 ANCHOR SESSION
This week will be a mixture of synchronous workshops and asynchronous time for participants to do some reflective work on their own. We aim to create a space where students can expand their personal toolbox of skills to draw upon not only throughout the uncertainty of this year, but throughout their lives. Developing the skills to anchor themselves in a storm and to learn ways to not only survive, but to thrive is necessary in order to live a life that is meaningful and content.
MARCH BREAK PROGRAM #2
During this week, each day will focus on different activities such as art, science, friendship, team building and nature connection. A series of games, tasks and reflection will leave participants with transferable lessons to implement in their everyday lives.
CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING EVENTS
Play and laughter shared among people is impactful, nourishing and crucial to the success of groups who strive for creativity, healthy relationships and maintaining a motivated culture.
Instructors are committed to bringing the same engaging energy, fun, feedback and teachable moments to each session as they would at any of our ALIVE in-person programs.
